Hot (hash brown) Potatoes!

February 2013: Team Fornazor International exhibited at the Gulfoods Show, the world's biggest annual food and hospitality show, in Dubai UAE. Fornazor was there to represent the dehydrated ingredients of a Idaho USA potato supplier.  Potatoes are universally enjoyed by just about every culture.  The Middle Eastern culture loves potatoes, and using dehydrated ingredients is an economical, time saving and versatile way to incorporate the taste. These ingredients were of great interest to food service and snack manufacturers who stopped by the booth. And, with the delicious aroma of hash browns, we had a queue of eager attendees lining up to do some serious tasting.

Fornazor International also represents several USA food and ingredient companies. We met with customers to discuss value added bakery ingredients, heavy pizza sauce and tomato products, specialty beverages and fresh eggs.

After Gulfoods closed, several exhibitors teamed up for a bonding experience and headed to the desert for a dune bashing ride in an off-rode vehicle. Our internal organs will never be the same. Adios to Cookie, the camel.
